Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, Aichan Sensei may process:

• Account information, the email address you register with and your display profile.
• Learning activity, lessons opened, exercises completed, and progress, so the app can show your progress back to you.
• Device information, device model, operating system version, and app version, used for compatibility and diagnosing faults.
• Subscription information, the status of a purchase or subscription, where one applies.
• Messages you send us, support requests and their contents.

Payments, where they apply, are processed by the app store or payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Why we process it

• To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
• To deliver learning content and record your progress.
• To operate subscriptions and entitlements where they apply.
• To diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To respond to your support requests.

Third-party services

Aichan Sensei relies on service providers to operate, for example hosting, authentication, and app store distribution. These providers process data on our instructions and for the purposes described here. The current list of providers, and any analytics or AI processing used by the application, is maintained alongside the app and is reflected in the app store privacy disclosure for the current release.

AI-assisted features

Where the application offers AI-assisted learning features, we process the content you submit to those features to generate a response. We do not use it to identify you outside the service.

Retention

We keep account and learning data for as long as your account is active. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed from our active systems; copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten, and we retain records we are required by law to keep.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. See privacy and data requests for how to make a request, or write to support@hfkreatif.id.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and standard operational safeguards. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and on applicable legal transfer mechanisms.

Children’s privacy

Aichan Sensei is intended for general audiences rather than young children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the application handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown alongside it.
