Terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or any product covered by these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the products. Where a product publishes its own terms, those terms apply to that product and take precedence over this page.

2. Who you are contracting with

PT Hayati Faistnet Kreatif, a company established in Indonesia, operating hfkreatif.id.

3. User accounts

Some products require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Where an account is held by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child, the account holder is responsible for use of the account, including by the child.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services in a way that breaks applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the services or the networks they run on.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the services or their content except as permitted.
• Reverse engineer the services, except to the extent the law permits it.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

5. Intellectual property

The services, including software, interfaces, text, graphics, and other content we provide, are owned by PT Hayati Faistnet Kreatif or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as intended.

6. Content you provide

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us the permission necessary to host, store, and process that content so we can operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Where a product offers paid features or subscriptions and a purchase is made through an app store or another payment provider, that provider’s terms govern billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation. Cancelling a subscription through the store does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription held with a store.

8. AI-assisted features

Where a product includes AI-assisted features, output produced by those features can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for guidance only. Check anything you intend to rely on, and do not treat the output as professional advice.

9. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes a service temporarily unavailable. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you are using, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the services at any time and request deletion of your account through privacy and data requests. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

11. Disclaimer

Except where the law says otherwise, the services are provided “as is” and we do not give warranties that they will meet your particular requirements or be free from faults.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PT Hayati Faistnet Kreatif is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy information and in the privacy policy published for each product.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from them is submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the registered domicile of PT Hayati Faistnet Kreatif, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date shown alongside this page indicates when it was last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
