Privacy and data requests.

Use this page to request account deletion, access to your personal data, or a correction, for any product developed and operated by PT Hayati Faistnet Kreatif.

What you can request

  • Account deletion, delete your account and the personal data associated with it.
  • Data access, receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction, correct personal data that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • General privacy enquiry, ask a question about how a product handles data.
  • Parent or guardian enquiry, for Tumbika, requests about a child profile made by the account holder.

How to make a request

Send an email to support@hfkreatif.id from the email address on the account, and include:

  1. The product the request relates to (Aichan Sensei or Tumbika).
  2. The type of request, deletion, access, correction, or an enquiry.
  3. The email address used for the account.

Sending the request from the email address on the account is how we verify that it is yours. If you cannot use that address, tell us and we will ask for another way to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

Deleting your account inside the app

Where an application offers account deletion inside the app, that is the fastest route and the steps are shown in the app’s account settings. If you cannot find the option or it does not complete, email us and we will handle it for you.

What happens after you send a request

  1. We acknowledge the request by email and confirm which account it relates to.
  2. We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
  3. We carry out the request and confirm when it is done, or explain why we cannot act on part of it.

We will tell you the expected processing time when we acknowledge your request. Deletion is not instantaneous: once an account is deleted, personal data is removed from our active systems, and copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten. We also retain records we are required by law to keep, such as transaction records, and those are not deleted on request.

What deletion means

Deleting an account removes access to the account and to any content or progress stored in it. This cannot be undone. Any active subscription purchased through an app store must be cancelled separately through that store, deleting your account does not cancel it.
