Tumbika privacy policy.

Tumbika is developed and operated by PT Hayati Faistnet Kreatif. Tumbika is used by children alongside a parent or guardian, so this policy sets out how the account holder controls what is collected.

Accounts are held by an adult

A Tumbika account is created and controlled by a parent or guardian. Child profiles exist inside that account. A child does not create an account, and the account holder can review, change, or delete a child profile at any time.

Information we collect

Guardian account information, the email address used to register and authenticate the account.
Child profile information, the limited details the guardian chooses to enter, such as a display name and an age or age range used to select age-appropriate content.
Learning and routine activity, activities completed and progress within the app, shown back to the guardian and the child.
Device information, device model, operating system version, and app version, used for compatibility and diagnosing faults.
Messages sent to us, support requests and their contents.

We ask guardians not to enter more information about a child than the app needs. A child’s full name, school, address, or photograph is not required to use Tumbika.

Why we process it

To operate the account and sign the guardian in.
To present age-appropriate activities and record progress.
To let a guardian manage profiles, routines, and settings.
To diagnose faults and keep the service secure.
To respond to support requests.

No advertising or profiling of children

We do not show third-party advertising to children in Tumbika, and we do not use children’s activity to build advertising or marketing profiles, or sell it to anyone.

Third-party services

Tumbika relies on service providers to operate, for example hosting, authentication, and app store distribution. These providers process data on our instructions. The current list of providers, and any analytics used by the application, is maintained alongside the app and is reflected in the app store privacy disclosure for the current release.

By creating an account and adding a child profile, the account holder confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of that child and consents to the processing described here on the child’s behalf. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting the child profile or the account.

Retention

We keep account and activity data for as long as the account is active. When a child profile or an account is deleted, the associated personal data is removed from our active systems; copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten, and we retain records we are required by law to keep.

Guardian rights

The account holder can request access to the personal data held about them and their children’s profiles, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a profile or the whole account. See privacy and data requests, or write to support@hfkreatif.id from the email address on the account.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and standard operational safeguards. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and on applicable legal transfer mechanisms.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the application handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown alongside it. Where a change materially affects children’s data, we will also notify the account holder.
